Eight people living on eight diverse levels of life, from celebrity to impoverished, are trying to make their way to their respective floors in a New York Building two days before Christmas. The one thing they have in common, the must take the same elevator to get there. Yet before anyone can reach their destination, some unknown and devastating disaster takes place in New York and they find themselves trapped and their lives in danger.
